We take the same three construction methods we use on homes — prefabricated steel structure, SIPs panels, and traditional construction — and run them at commercial scale. Schools, medical buildings, dealerships, aircraft hangars, warehouses, retail, restaurants, offices and more.
And it isn't only new construction. We remodel and expand existing commercial buildings, run tenant improvements and full interior build-outs, handle structural and code upgrades, and supply materials directly to projects that already have a builder.

Ground-up construction
The whole building from an empty lot: site work, foundations, structure, envelope, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, interior fit-out, parking, and landscaping. Design, engineering, and permitting included.
Tenant improvements & build-outs
Taking a bare shell or a previous tenant's space and turning it into your business — layout, partitions, finishes, lighting, MEP, storefront, and signage, sequenced to get you trading as fast as possible.
Remodels, additions & upgrades
Modernising or expanding a building you already own — additions, structural alterations, seismic and code upgrades, ADA compliance, roofing, façade and storefront replacement, and full mechanical and electrical upgrades.
Material supply
Already have a contractor? We'll supply the materials directly — prefabricated steel structure, SIPs panels, aluminum doors and windows, storefront and curtain-wall glazing, garage and hangar doors, and commercial LED display systems.
