Struxa designs, sources, and delivers premium architectural elements, outdoor living structures, smart home fixtures, commercial & retail technology, and statement furniture & decor — including full custom home-build and villa projects. Who We Are

Struxa crafts and supplies architectural & home-improvement products (bi-fold doors, bi-fold and sliding windows, garage doors), outdoor living & wellness structures (pergolas, electric awnings, modular outdoor saunas and kitchens, fencing and gates), smart home fixtures (smart faucets and shower fixtures), commercial & retail technology (LED hologram displays, transparent LED film, advertising displays), and statement furniture & luxury decor. We ship nationwide and, for larger builds, work directly with homeowners on move-in-ready projects from foundation to finishing touch.

Orders & Pricing

Prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed and confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including after confirmation — for reasons such as product or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory; in that case, we'll notify you and refund any payment already made.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many Struxa products — pergolas, LED displays, switchable smart glass, and full villa/build projects among them — are manufactured or built specifically to your chosen size, color, and configuration. These are final sale once production begins, except where the item arrives damaged or defective. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout for standard orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. For custom builds and larger projects, we may require a deposit and a milestone-based payment schedule, which will be set out in your project agreement before work begins.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide, and every order is packed and tracked from our facility to your door or job site. Delivery timeframes vary by product — custom and made-to-order items (including full builds, which typically run 1–4 months) take longer than in-stock items. Estimated timeframes are not guaranteed and can shift due to manufacturing, carrier, or site-access factors outside our control.

Product Descriptions & Images

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but finishes, colors, and materials can vary slightly from what's shown on screen, and we don't warrant that descriptions or images are error-free. If a product arrives materially different from its listing, contact us and we'll make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, product designs, photography, and the Struxa name and logo — belongs to Struxa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Struxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law
