These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Struxa Group website and any estimate or project you request through it. Struxa designs and builds shouses and man caves, expandable tiny homes, luxury pools, residential and commercial construction, and remodels. By using this site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms. If anything here doesn't answer your question, contact us.

Who We Are

Struxa is a design-build company. We draw floor plans in-house and build with traditional framing, SIPs panels or prefabricated steel, for homeowners, developers and businesses, from a single backyard unit to a full commercial building.

Estimates & Pricing

Prices, ranges and timelines shown on this site, in the configurator or in a free estimate are for guidance only. They are not an offer and can change after a site visit, design work, engineering or permitting. Final scope, price and schedule are set only in a written project agreement signed by you and Struxa.

Project Agreements

Every build is custom to your site and your choices. Your project agreement sets out the scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, change-order process and warranty for that project. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.

Deposits & Payment

Projects normally require a deposit and a milestone-based payment schedule, both set out in your project agreement before work begins. Deposits and payments are handled under that agreement, not through this website.

Timelines

Build timelines (turnkey projects typically run 1–4 months) are estimates. They can shift because of permitting, inspections, weather, material lead times, site conditions, utility work or changes you request, and are not guaranteed unless your project agreement says otherwise.

Photos & Descriptions

Photos, renderings and descriptions on this site show the kind of work we do. Your finished project will follow your own approved plans and selections, and finishes, colors and materials can look slightly different in person than on screen.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, designs, photography, and the Struxa name and logo — belongs to Struxa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Struxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
