The film is applied using a professional wet-application method, similar to automotive window tint. The glass is thoroughly cleaned, the adhesive backing is removed, purified water is sprayed on the glass, and a silicone squeegee pushes out all micro-bubbles from the center outward. The system cures for 48 hours before the power is turned on.
The film is manufactured in standard panel sizes that link together. While it can be trimmed at very specific intervals along the PCB lines, we highly recommend inputting your exact dimensions so we can engineer the panels to perfectly fit your glass without manual cutting on-site.
